When working through your list of Campaign Members you can schedule a Meeting, a Phone Call, a To-Do or even send an Email by clicking on the relevant icon at the end of the row.
Any Activities created in this way will appear in your Activity list (Start > Activities > My Open Activities) as well as appearing on the Activity tab within the Campaign record and on the Activity tab for the relevant Person or Lead record.
Remember to update the Status field to reflect the outcome of any contact with the Campaign Member.
NOTE: If you created a Meeting, Phone Call or To-Do activity by clicking the icon at the end of the Member row, the activity record will include a field where you can update the Member Status without having to open the Campaign.
