Add Workbooks.com & Workbooks-online.com to your safe senders list

In addition, you can export your Workbooks data to CSV and store it yourself, if you choose.
Outlook Express
- Click Actions on your e-mail menu bar
- Select Junk E-mail from your pull down menu
- Select Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List
- Right-click in the message and select Add the Domain to Safe Senders List
- Go to Tools on the menu bar. Select Options in the pull-down menu
- Under Preferences select Junk E-mail. Then click on the "Safe Sender" tab
- Click the Add button
- Type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com in the text box
Hotmail
- Select Options | More Options from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar
- Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail
- Click Safe senders
- Type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: entry field
- Click 'Add to List'
Yahoo! Mail
If you are using the New Yahoo! Mail Beta Version
- Click on Contacts in the left-hand side
- Click on Add Contact at the top of the screen
- Under Email Addresses, type @workbooks.com, then click Save
If you are using the older version of Yahoo! Mail:
- Click on the Address tab near the top of the page
- Enter @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com in the box labelled E-mail
- Click 'Save'
G Mail
- Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page
- Click Add Contact
- Type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com into the primary email address dialog box.
- Click 'Save'
AOL
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Click the Address Book
- Select Add Contact
- Type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com in the Contact section.
MSN
If you are using MSN version 9
- Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail
- On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk E-Mail Guard
- Select Safe List
- In the space provided under Add people to the safe list, type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com
- Click Add.
For older versions of MSN
- Click on E-mail settings
- On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk Mail
- Select Safe List
- Click Add an item to this list
- When the Add To Safe List box appears, type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com
Verizon
- Go to your Verizon Inbox
- Click Options
- Select the Block Senders tab
- On the Block Senders screen, you'll see both a Block Sender List and a Safe List. In the space where is says "Enter e-mail address or sub domain to always accept if the domain is blocked", enter @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com
Lotus Notes
- Under the Actions menu click Tools
- Go to Mail Rules
- Click on New Rule
- Under Create Condition there are boxes containing Sender and Contains. Type @workbooks.com and @workbooks-online.com in the third box
- Click Add
- Under Specify Actions, there is a box labeled Move to Folder. Click the Select button to the right and choose Inbox
- Click 'Add Action', then OK
